COVID-19 RELIEF BILL-1.9-TRILLION

The Covid-19 Stimulus Relief Bill assigns just 9% of the funds to go to the people for "relief".  A brief summary is as follows - (the link below gives an overview as well and there is a link to see the entire 5595 page bill in its entirety):

 

1-$1,400 will be distributed to:

America citizens and;

All those serving prison sentences (felons in addition to illegal aliens also serving sentences).

All illegal aliens; country of origin is not a factor.

2-$650 billion will be provided to the State of California for a "bail out" and all debt forgiven.

3-$20 million will be provided to the State of New York for a "bail out" and all debt forgiven.

4-$600 direct payment to every adult and child earring up to $75,000; individuals earning between $75,000 and $87,000 would get smaller checks and the benefits cuts out entirely for individual earning over $87,000.

5-Unemployment benefits; lawmakers agreed to extend enhanced unemployment benefits for jobless workers who will receive up to$300 per week thru mid-March; self employed people and gig workers will also receive extended assistance.

6-Rental assistance; $25 billion to help families pay their rent; extends eviction moratorium.

7-SNAP assistance, $13 billion for Supplemental Assistance Program.

8-PPP loans; $284 billion for Paycheck protection loans, democrats expanded eligibility to nonprofits, local newspapers TV and radio station.

9-Child care centers-$10 billion.

10-Vaccines-$68 billion to purchase and distribute vaccines.

11-$7 billion to increase access to broadband internet.

12-$16 billion for airlines to pay salaries of workers and contractors.

13-$14 billion for mass transit agencies.

14-$10 billion for highways

15-$1 billion for Amtrak.

16-$82 billion to fund school and universities to assist with reopening and $2.75 billion for private K-12 education.

17-Agriculture-farmers to receive debt relief only to minorities; Arican-American, Hispanic-American and Asian-Americans; if you are Caucasian you cannot apply nor can you expect relief.
